How do I install Arcellite on my server?

Run our one-line install script: curl -fsSL https://get.arcellite.com | bash. Full instructions in the docs.

Which operating systems are supported?

Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+, and any x86_64 or ARM64 Linux host. Docker is also supported.

Can I migrate from another self-hosted storage solution?

Yes. We have import guides for MinIO, Nextcloud, and plain filesystem folders in the documentation.

What happens if I exceed my plan's storage limit?

You'll receive an email warning at 80% and 100% usage. Uploads are paused, but existing files remain accessible.

Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?

Startup and Growth plans include a 14-day trial. Enterprise includes a guided proof-of-concept period.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing inside your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
