Arcellite is a self-hosted infrastructure platform. By deploying Arcellite, you acknowledge the following.

By deploying Arcellite, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your hosting environment.
  • You control server configuration, security policies, and network access.
  • Hardware reliability and infrastructure uptime depend on your deployment setup.
  • Arcellite does not host, access, or monitor your data unless explicitly agreed upon under a Business support contract.

The Personal Tier is provided under the MIT License and is offered "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Availability guarantees

Business and Enterprise plans include defined support terms and service agreements outlining responsibilities, response times, and uptime commitments. These terms are specified in individual contracts.

Arcellite shall not be liable for:

  • Hardware failure
  • Improper deployment
  • Misconfiguration
  • Third-party infrastructure outages
  • Data loss resulting from failure to configure backups

We strongly recommend implementing automated backups and redundancy for production deployments.

For Enterprise customers, architecture consultation is available to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
